最壞時期已過 京東物流見底回升
京東物流(02618.HK)是中國領先的技術驅動的供應鏈解決方案及物流服務商，近期股價逆市上升。
管理層指，集團業務已從4月份的最差水平恢復回來，當月仍錄得按年正增長；在5至6月期間，內地仍有零星的新冠確診個案，但未對公司營運構成重大風險，而履行時間亦較4月有所改善。
受惠季節性因素，尤其在618線上購物節，以及主要在4月份延遲收入確認已開始履約，預料京東物流(02618.HK)次季收入按季升12%至300億元人民幣，並經調整後虧損為6億元人民幣，料上半年錄得淨利潤。
即使受封城影響，以致服務中斷的負面影響，但相信其次季收入將呈按季增長；而受惠於物流服務恢復、以及因客戶對物流服務投資增加而確保訂單及時履行，以致單客戶平均收入(ARPC)增加，預料公司5和6月收入較4月的有所回升。公司有望達致全年收入錄得20%增長的目標，這亦證明公司正擴大在較高分散的ISM行業市佔率。
另外，京東物流(02618.HK) 與南方航空(01055.HK) 旗下南方航空物流深化合作，將共同建設一體化智能航空物流平台。
據悉，該智能航空物流平台將聚焦航空貨運、現代倉儲、電商貿易與供應鏈管理四大業務，計劃在三年內滾動建設完成，平台投入營運後將進一步整合全球生態合作資源，聚合航空物流產業價值鏈，雙方並將合力構建「全場景」航空綜合物流生態圈。
平台將以航空貨運為核心，為客戶提供航空運輸、航空貨站、供應鏈管理以及現代倉儲、地面運輸、供應鏈金融、電商貿易等供應鏈服務，全面整合從工廠、倉儲、運輸到機場貨站、海關、航空運輸，以至客戶的全場景航空物流綜合解決方案，並為客戶提供門到港、港到港以及港到門的端到端一體化航空物流服務方案。
對於下半年經濟活動重啟子行業偏好依次為本地服務、電子商務、在線遊戲，最後為在線廣告。來自監管機構的積極信號支撐了市場情緒，儘管收入仍然充滿挑戰，但由於持續的成本優化努力，盈利質素一直在提高。
除了下半年的復甦趨勢，在行業增長放緩和宏觀逆風的情況下，更看好現金流強勁、ESG良好、新業務和用戶具增長催化劑、毛利率提高、利用傳統行業數字化的公司。
預計京東物流(02618.HK)可遂步回升至24元阻力，投資者不妨趁低吸納。
